7 days notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations or no shows of less than 7 days notice forfeit the full tariff of the first night only. During peak season long weekends and festivals or special events cancellations or no shows of less than 7 days notice forfeit the full tariff. Cottage is booked for the agreed number of guests any extra person / beds used will be charged accordingly.

Forrest Ti Tree Cottages reserves the right to charge guests for the following: •Any damage to property accidental or otherwise •Extra cleaning costs where the property is left in an unacceptable state after guests have checked out •In the event that household items are missing
